Packaging
6 x6 solar cells are packed per 100 pieces in a styrofoam box. The standard packaging cardboard box contains 1000 cells, which equals 10 foam boxes.

Check the Appearance color, good solar cell the color almost the same.
second check the wire if it has some broken, third using device to test the power of the solar.

Answer:
If you buy a few cartons, DHL/FedEx/TNT/EMS will be better, if you buy container, shipped by sea.
